Actor Swetha Menon is all set to marry journalist Sreevalsan Menon. Sreevalsan is working with a well known media group in Mumbai. The marriage would take place at Swetha's mother's tharavadu at Valancheri, Thrissur. Later a grand reception would be held for film stars and friends. The marriage, to be a private affair with family and close friends, would be solemnised after Sweta returns from her American trip.
Sreevalsan Menon is a native of Thrissur and Swetha Menon's native place is Calicut. Sreevalsan works as the chief editor of a magazine based in Mumbai. The love affair between Sweta and Sreevalsan was going on for quite some time and was kept as a closely guarded secret.
Swetha's upcoming movie Rathinirvedam, a remake of the old movie Rathinirvedam of the 1980s, would be released in August 2011. Sweta, a rollicking model, made her movie debut with Mamooty starrer Anashwaram.
Though short of films for a brief period, Swetha made her reappearance in Malayalam and is doing exceptionally good with a few films in her kitty.
Neither Swetha nor her family members have confirmed the marriage.
