Mammootty & Suresh Gopi together in THE KING & THE COMMISSIONER

Director Shaji Kailas along with writer Renji Panicker are in the works of THE KING & THE COMMISSIONER .The film casts super stars Mammootty and Suresh Gopi in the main roles.The film is a said to be a political thriller.Mammootty plays the role of “Joseph Alex IAS” who is the Director of National Security Force. Suresh Gopi acts as “ Bharath Chandran IPS”who is working in the Delhi police.

The story is happening in Delhi.The film revolves around a crime incident and both Mammootty and Suresh Gopi comes together to investigate that crime. Anto joseph is the banker to the film.After “Pothenvava” Samvrutha Sunil again works as the heroine to Mammootty.She is working in the central secretariat. Actress Sanjana also is playing an important role in the film.

The cinematographic works are done by Bharani K.Dharan.Samjath is doing the editing works.Ranjith Ambady is the makeup man.This is Mammootty’s fourth film with Reji Panicker and Suresh Gopi’s tenth film.Initially Reema Sen was earlier fixed as the heroine for the film.Old day actor and Psychiatrist Dr.Mohan Agashe also does a cameo role in the film.rajamani will arrange the background music for thr film.Mafia Sasi along with Anal Arasu is doing the stunt works.

Minister K.B.Ganesh Kumar,Bharath Salim Kumar,Jagathy Sreekumar,Vijayaraghavan,Kollam Thulasi and Ponnamma Babu are also in the cast list.Janardhanan is playing the role of central minister G.K.The film will be an Onam release on August 31.
