Shahid Kapoor's "Mausam" release date postponed to September 23

The release date of Shahid Kapoor's much awaited "Mausam" was postponed to September 23.The news was announced by Shahid Kapoor during a press conference at Mumbai.The actual scheduled release date was September 16.Indan Air Force (IAF) has not yet issued an NOC certificate to the film.They had issued only a conditional NOC to the film.Moreover the film was certified "U" by the Sensor Board.Modifications will have to done for 30 second scenes.These issues delayed the film.
